Cerecom started business in the late 1970s as a consulting and custom software developer providing complex business and accounting integrated solutions.

In the early 1990s we expanded into custom interactive voice solutions and later into multiple call center solutions.

Throughout our evolution we have always focused on providing top quality solutions and customer service.

We’ve worked with Fortune 500 companies and future Fortune 500 companies. We kept one customer for over 15 years and developed a middle-ware solution for another customer in a 30 day period that they used for over 10 years. Another valued customer has bought pretty much one of every product we've ever developed. We've delivered CTI solutions as small as four ports and as large as 288 ports.

In the mid 1990s we pioneered our CEREWRAP software development approach. Through modularizing our common CERECOM developed tools, we put together a platform which allows us to develop custom solutions quickly and deliver them in a shrinkwrap presentation for a dramatically lower price than the typical custom software solution.

We pride ourselves in being able to deliver solutions that allow the customer to make his own adaptations rather than requiring us to make custom adaptations for him.
