How to determine whether the customer is best suited
for the Primary Logix, Logix,
or the Total Logix package: Primary Logix is for principally, reporting, only. Though you do get realtime group
information. Logix
gives you vast realtime call center management tools
on a single PC. Total Logix provides network wide unlimited reporting and
also allows you to add optional additional supervisor view stations. It also
supports optional wall board software and virtual wall boards for agent PCs. IQ-VIEW provides realtime call center management screens for additional
supervisors. IQ- IQ-LIGHT provides
software for driving a Spectrum 300 or 4000 series wall board. How many supervisors?
If there is more than one supervisor needing realtime
management tools, choose the Total Logix package. Will more than one
manager be running reports? If so, choose the Total Logix
package. Will there be a need
to view realtime data or reporting data through a
wide area network? If so, choose the Total Logix
package. Do agents need realtime queue information (sign board or virtual sign
board on their PC)? If so, choose the Total Logix
package. Does the supervisor
need realtime agent information? If so, choose
the Logix or Total Logix
package. Does the call center
need rich realtime and reporting data but will only
ever need 12 or fewer agents? If so, ask us about the new LOGIX-12 product. Does the call center depend on accurate statistical data on all calls but
does not require any realtime agent tracking? If
so, choose the Primary Logix product. Is your call center relatively small but will grow into a large and complex call center over the next few months or years? If so, you may want to choose the Total Logix product. However, you can choose the Primary Logix or Logix and upgrade to the Total Logix when the time comes.
