Primary Logix represents the entry level product for smaller call centers or call centers that don’t require must real-time resource management. Though it offers substantial reporting, the reporting module does not provide all the exotic and exception reporting of the more advanced versions.

Logix and Total Logix present substantial real-time management tools and greater reporting than Primary Logix.

Logix provides a stand-alone single supervisor solution without networking.

Total Logix provides enterprise wide unlimited reporting. You can load the reporting module on every (supervisor, operations manager, vice presidents and even the president and CEO) station needed. Total

Total Logix Optional Features: (add-on modules)

IQ-VIEW provides all the real-time features of Logix for an additional supervisor. IQ-VIEWs are sold in 1 license increments.

IQ-LIGHT drives a wall board (stock market ticker-like) view of calls in queue. We support the SPECTRUM 300 and 4000 series wall boards. You can control the data presented to the wall board by adjusting group thresholds.



IQ-NET provides a virtual wall board on an agent’s computer screen. IQ-NETs are sold in 5 license increments. You can use a single IQ-NET license to drive a large screen IQ-NET view to a television output. With large screen televisions getting cheaper, this is an alternative to buying a wall board.
