IQ-VIEWs are sold in 1 license increments. IQ-LIGHT drives a wall board (stock market ticker-like) view of calls in queue. We support the SPECTRUM 300 and 4000 series wall boards. You can control the data presented to the wall board by adjusting group thresholds. IQ-NET provides a virtual wall board on an agent’s computer screen. IQ-NETs are sold in 5 license increments. You can use a single IQ-NET license to drive a large screen IQ-NET view to a television output. With large screen televisions getting cheaper, this is an alternative to buying a wall board.
